今回は給排気パイプその１、パイプ曲げ、フランジ作成編です。
給排気パイプは苦労したのでこれからの分を３回に分けて掲載です。

This is a part1 of building intake and exhaust pipe.
It took very long time, I divided the course into 3 parts.

右側がうまくできたものです。 これを参考にしてパイプを曲げていきました。 Bending the pipe. Right side is master piece.

黄色いテープがはってある方が見本品です。 Right side is master piece.

バイスに固定具をセットして切断します。 Cut the pipe with the holder.

長さの微調整です。木片で挟んで傷を付けないようにします。 Trimming the length with wood holder

全てのパイプが出来ました。 これから右上に写っているフランジを作ります。 All pipes are completed. From now I made flanges in right upper side.

フランジは１．５ｔ軟綱板で作りました。 必要な穴あけをしてしまいます。 Material is steel. Drilling all holes.

上で穴あけをしたものを一つにまとめてｒ取りです Cut and set as one piece for chamfering.

フライスでおおざっぱに削ってしまおうと思ったのですが、残すべき部分が０．5mmしかないので被削物が負けて咬み込んでしまいました。 I tried to roughing mill out. But the part to leave is only 0.5mm and that part was bitten.

負けてしまったもの。 ちょうど１１個分用意してあったので何とか数は間に合わせられました。 The one that was bitten. I fortunately made 11 pieces.

手作業に切り替えました。たいした時間はかからないのに手間を惜しんで大失敗でした。 Hand filling. It took not so long time.

手研磨が終わりました。 Completed.

これからロウ付けをします。 Now I start to silver solder.
