今回はエンジンとは関係ありません。水槽の水替えシステムです。
もう30年以上我が家には常に何らかの魚がいます。そしてきれいなアクアリウムにあこがれてずいぶんお金も時間も労力もかけてきました。
しかし、私には才能がないのでしょう。アクアリウムと呼べるようなものはかって一度もできたことはありません。
それでもずーっと魚と水槽と水草はあり続けています。
魚がいる以上水替えは避けて通れません。今まではバケツとポリタンクと人力でひたすら水替えをしていました。
大変なのでwebで検索してみるといろいろ水替え装置を工夫している人がいます。

そこで私もこれらを真似して作ってみました。便利です！


This time , there is nothing to do with the engine.

But I may have no talent, I never met with beautiful aquarium.
Nevertheless, I always have water tank and must change water.
Until today, I changed water with a hose plastic container and bucket with man power for these 30 years.

When I search the procedure to change water, someone have made good system.

So I decided to make them

右上が排水用のエーハイム1048ポンプです。 左下が洗濯機用バスポンプです。 https://www.monotaro.com/p/0999/5815/?displayId=4 左上はその電源とタイマーです。（タイマーは必要ないのですがついていました） 右下はスイッチ付きコンセント。コンセントとスイッチを買うより安くて合理的です。 ポンプとしてはバスポンプのほうが強力でなおかつ安いのですが、水中でないと使えないのでエーハイムのポンプも必要です。 Right upper: drainage pomp EHEIM 1048 Left below: "bath pomp" for feed pomp. 実際に使ってみました。 まず初めに水槽部の器具をセットします。 In practical use.

全体としてはこんな感じでセットします。 セットしはじめはホース内に水はありませんからいくら排水ポンプを動かしても 空回りをするだけで排水はできません。（空転はしてはいけないと書いてありますし、空転させても水は来ません）） 口で水を吸えばいいのかもしれませんがホース5mくらいのエアーを吸わなければならないので現実的ではありません。 Over all view. 排水ポンプ部(本体）です。 床に置き、排水部からのホースは台所の流しに行っています。 このままではポンプを動かしても排水はできません。 Main box If you start the drainage pomp, you cold not drain water.

上のホースはバスポンプにつながりバケツに入っています。 はじめにバケツからバスポンプを使って給水モードにして水槽部まで水で一杯にします。 呼び水ですね。初めは水槽部から空気がブクブクと出てその後水が出ます。これで呼び水は完了しました。あとはバスポンプを止めて、排水ポンプを動かせば排水されます。 排水が終わったら今度はバスポンプを動かせば給水が始まります。 どちらのポンプも流れる方向を変えることはできませんが、反対向きに水を流すのにさしたる抵抗にはなりません。 夏場のように水道水の温度が高ければ直接蛇口にホースをつけて給水も可能でしょうが、呼び水操作がやや難しくなります。（蛇口から外してそのままだと重力で排水ポンプ部まで水は落ちて行ってしまいます） 又冬のように水温が低いときは蛇口からの水をどんどん水槽に入れてしまうのも問題です。 しかし ここは台所なのでお湯も出ます。ちょうどよい水温にしてバケツにため、これを流しながらバスポンプで水槽に給水をすればOKです。 ちなみにカルキ抜きはどうするのという方もおられるでしょう。 私はこの20年位使っていません。 私が住んでいる東京、杉並区では水道水のカルキ抜きは無しで全く問題を感じたことはありません。今の水槽もネオンテトラ、ヌマエビ（ヤマト＆ミナミ）は全く異状なしです。 カルキ抜き無し、自己責任でお願いします。お前が大丈夫と書いてあったのでやってみたけれど死んでしまったと言われても責任取れません。 The hose connected to the drain of the pomp connect with bath pomp soaked in the bucket in the kitchen sink. In this system, I do it in the kitchen and I can get warm water. In Tokyo Japan, tapped water can be used with no contra chlorine, so I have never used it for these 30 years.
