熱くて作業が遅れがちです。
今回は夏休みもありました。
わずかですができた分を載せます。

It is very hot and sticky in Japan now,
I am lazy because of it.
I show what I could make.

前回試作した排気パイプですが、全部加工が終わり、ロウ付けを待機しています。 These are exhaust pipe waiting for silver solder.

吸気パイプの曲げ加工を行っています。 スプリングでのシミュレーションを参考に曲げます。 以前と同じです。 Bending the intake pipe. The procedure is same as previous engines.

あちこちから見ながら曲げます。 Checking from another direction.

全部曲げ終わりました。 全部が同じというわけにはいきませんでした。 不要部分を切り取るとほぼ同じに見えます。 All pipes are bent. All are not always same.

フランジとのすり合わせをします。 少しづつ削ってはあたりを見てまた削る。 微妙な手作業になります。 私にとってはとても難しい作業でした。 Adjusting the flange to fit the pipe. It was delicate hand work and difficult for me.

全部すり合わせが終わりました。 フランジとパイプは組になっているので他のものとはぴったり合いません。 番号を振って組み合わせが変わらないようにしてあります。 あとはロウ付けです。 All stuffs, waiting for silver solder.

今年もマウイにウィンドサーフィンに行ってきました。 またもや台風に襲われました。 天候が非常に不安定で向こうは雨、手前は晴れ。 しっかりした虹が出ました。 I went to Maui to windsurf in summer vacation. Hawaii islands are attacked by hurricane this summer again. The atmosphere was unstable and we can see the clear rainbow.

沖に風が入ってきました。 １０時ごろからこんな感じに入ってきます。 北北西だと右サイドから安定して入りますが、東にかかって北北東だとややクロスオフで安定しないことも多いです。 We can see the white cap in the offshore at about 10 o'clock

昼頃になると手前にも入ってきます。 上の状態からこの状態になるのに早ければ１０分くらいでしょうか。 数時間以上待たなければならないこともあります。 沖では１５m近く吹いています。 About noon, the wind come. It take about 15minutes to few hours to be in this condition. It is paradise for windsurfer
